Anytime this happens, in any company, difficult decisions by the leadership team needs to be made. The current leadership is setting the company up very well for the next 10 years for both their customers and their employees. New individuals have been brought in with different skillsets to help transform the company and everyone is working very hard. SourceMed has a great culture where the senior managers have an open door policy and transparent to the employees. A great work/life balance and work from home options.
