Company Vehicles, big office space, company cell phone, no real management or supervisors watching over you.

Where to start? I don't know how many times I have been asked by management to lie to our clients about time frames of our projects among other things. Clients constantly calling and complaining that we do not do what we say we are going to do when we say we will do it. There is no real framework for this company. Everyone just does what they want. There is no real connection between the employees. The office is very uncomfortable to work in because you never know what kind of mood anyone is in. If you upset the wrong person you WILL cursed and yelled at or be fired. (I've seen this with my own eyes and been cursed at several times) In the past weeks alone I have been in fear of my own job with as many employees they have gotten rid of with no explination. They recently came out with an employee handbook and one of the very first inserts pretty much says they have the right to let you go without explination, and that they do. There are not many employees that have been here for a year because they keep letting them go. The only employees that I have seen that lasted over a year are the family that owns the company and their family friends. I've seen many people in other departments that work so hard for this company and were thrown out like yesterday's trash for no reasoning. There is NO real job security. The insurance is a complete joke, you are required to pay half. With the amount of money paid hourly you either eat or buy the insurance. The pay rate is very low, so if you have a family you will need two incomes.
