The Executive Management team has built a culture of customers first and first-class deliverables but does not have experts on their team to promote those first-class deliverables. Most of the advancements in the company come from really close friends or relatives of the executive team. The culture is toxic and does not promote growth. Employees are completely focused on themselves as individuals and not the overall well-being of the company. Employees are denied raises, but the executive team has multiple expensive cars.
