"Talent" demographic consists of ex military or retired law enforcement officers looking for a "high paying" desk job but again, do not have the pedigree to run a team or operations. These guys operate very much like the military- barking out orders and everyone below has to fall in line. All of it is toxic. Toxic management perpetuating toxic culture. The list goes on and on. The place sucks and wreaks of a "bad smell".
