Our hybrid policy is evolving (two days in-office, three days remote) because SoundExchange believes that in-person relationship building, knowledge sharing, and collaboration are essential aspects of our culture, as is valuing a flexible workplace that still allows the majority of work for most roles to be performed remotely. We encourage you and others to share feedback with managers and/or the People & Culture team regarding any individual concerns or suggestions on how we can enhance your employee experience.
Regarding your comment on FMLA, we have information available for employees to access in multiple places, including our employee handbook, office posters, and our digital resources. We encourage anyone who believes they may need to explore FMLA to speak proactively with their manager or reach out to People & Culture for assistance.
