-the largest dispatch warehouse at the company is mismanaged and this leads to by far the most shipping mistakes within the whole company. The fallout from this creates a huge workload on store teams across the country, and also the small main team that deals with online customer returns. This warehouse started operating 16 months ago and the problems still persist.
-The relatively large amount of shipping mistakes and mismanaged warehousing causes customer dissatisfaction on a wide scale. As customer facing staff it is left to us to apologise day in and day out for issues caused largely by upper management focussing on expansion and profit rather than the people on the ground keeping the wheels turning. There is never, ever any mention or recognition from upper management of this constant emotional load taken on by sales and customer care staff in relation to this.
-discussions about pay disparity between staff at the same level are left untouched by upper management while they give out empty promises of change "at some point in the future".
