      8 hour shift, that's it

      Kontras

      biased people, toxic work culture, even if you are not at fault they will still blame you for it. ZERO understanding. Pathetic process, they don't know how to handle the process even after being in business for 10 years. And they have the worst managers ever who think they own the world

      Great work life balance. Clear goal of the company. The vision of the product is clear.
