- The community - The front desk staff - they are a wonderful group of individuals who put in so much work and deserve to be treated better - The workout

- Unfair compensation for required workload - No support from HR or HQ - No growth opportunities - A huge disparity between what they preach and how they actually act as a company - SoulCycle is not truly a community for everyone. The environment corporate has created has made the workout incredibly exclusive and uninviting. - Felt very undervalued and disrespected by many of my superiors during my time at SoulCycle - No work/life balance - A lot of bullying from Senior management
