Soprano Design operates under a culture of fear. Some members of the executive team lead through intimidation rather than inspiration. Disrespect, dismissive behaviour, and public humiliation have become part of daily life. Decisions are made impulsively, priorities shift constantly, and employees are left to deal with the fallout.
The environment is toxic: pressure is constant, collaboration is discouraged, and taking responsibility is rare. When things go wrong, blame is pushed down the chain. Morale is low, turnover is high, and burnout is seen as normal. Also words like bullying, narcissistic, egotism, controlling, know it all, disrespect, selfish, come to mind.
There are great people in this company. Smart, motivated, and kind, but they are trapped in a system that rewards control, not competence. Many eventually leave, not because they can’t handle the work, but because they can’t tolerate the culture. Others are fired because they stood up for honesty and respect.
