Be part of such a diverse organisation is a bg pro. Staff discount to sound and TV products is a plus.

Kontras

Ultra conservative management, uber political, head eating sort of place. Nobody wants to actually do the work, many layers of "manage-only" individuals therefore many "doers" end up with the amount of work of about three people. Top management members still pretending Sony is what it used to be in the 90's and behave like so. They walk around with a stiff neck leaving a snobbish trail behind them, making acknowledgments never necessary.
