Low stress work environment with good work life balance. Management goes out of their way to get to know you. Good benefits. Probably my favorite place of employment that I've ever been at.

Communication with coworkers is sometimes slow.

Plenty of available overtime possibilities and management was helpful and supportive.

The pay could have been better, especially for long term employees with years of experience.
