No Offer Negative Experience Easy Interview Application I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Solveda Software (Gurgaon, Haryana) in November 2016. Interview On November 17 I was called for an interview in this company Solveda Software. This was the biggest mistake I ever committed. The HR there, asked me about the notice period before scheduling the interview. I had informed her about it being 90 days and non negotiable being a critical member of the team. Still she went ahead with the interview process and I gave 4 rounds of interview over there. The first round was telephonic(held on 18th November) and the other 3 were at their office in Iris Tech Park, Gurugram. After giving this interview in November, I got a call from the HR on December 27 asking for salary slips. By then I had forgotten that I even went for the process in the first place. Well, she asked again about how soon could I join. My answer was again the same and told her that there was an option for a buyout. Again, that lady forgot about this. Somewhere around 20th January, she dropped a mail stating that since I could not join in 20-30 days,they cannot release the offer. On 2nd February, I received a call from them yet again, asking about how soon I could join them. This time I replied 30-40 days. To this she replied that the offer letter would be released by the end of the day. Again, that offer letter never came. And on 16th February,2017 she dropped a mail stating that my candidature was put on hold and I would updated when it is confirmed. Frankly speaking, I wanted to call her and reply in a befitting way that I could have joined them by now if they had released the offer on time i.e. in November. I would advise everybody to be careful when you get a call from this company.
