Pros

Opportunity to get exposure to a few different types of analytic softwares or grow expertise in a specific tool/software. Top 10 pharma clients. WFH flexibility (for now)

Kontras

Long-term growth can be hard because the agency takes on a lot of smaller clients/short-term projects vs larger, transformational client work.

Pros

Investment ELT, great discipline teams, inclusive culture, growing as a company and has remained largely untouched by the omni acquisition

Kontras

Depending on your lead, your experience varies wildly. The gap between the great leaders and the other leaders is large.

Pros

There are a few genuinely supportive and kind team members who truly care about their colleagues and try to make the environment more positive. I appreciated the opportunity to learn about pharmaceutical advertising and gain insight into how media planning works within that space. The company also offers exposure to well-known clients and some room for professional networking.

Kontras

Unfortunately, my overall experience was negative due to a persistent lack of support, fairness, and respect for employees’ wellbeing. Despite being told there was an open PTO policy, I was informed that I could not take time off for the rest of the year because it was a “busy season,” which seemed to last indefinitely. Legally required lunch breaks were often ignored, and I was told to work through meals or take less time than allowed by law. There was also an absence of clear communication from management and HR regarding pay and leave policies. The workload was unsustainable, and overtime expectations were not balanced with any consideration for personal commitments or mental health. While some colleagues were wonderful to work with, the broader culture felt dismissive, reactive, and unempathetic. Efforts to raise issues were often brushed aside or met with minimal action, leaving employees feeling unheard and undervalued.
