-extremely poor management across the board who convince each other they are better and more deserving than others -poor attitude is rewarded -lack of respect among colleagues. Many people do not interact with each other based on long time political conflict -gaslighting culture with blame game instead of collaboration or accountability -low budget year on year and poor performance from business means less money for capital purchase and more pressure on scientists to perform fast and faster -very little room for upward growth with zero support or succession plan -no food option onsite
