Does not allow you to do your best work. - No priority for work-life balance. - The on-call schedule can be really stressful due to lots of bugs and incidents as a result of the tight timelines during development. - Consistent long incident calls.( 5 hours plus) - No formal acknowledgement of overtime work hours. - Building too many products at once, causing everyone to work inefficiently.
