Where to start? The owner has been in place for more than 40 years. He's definitely old school, and is not open to anyone else's ideas. He plays favorites and everyone knows it. I've heard that the company has gone through over 25 sales reps in the last three years, for only two branches. Prices are too high for the amount of competition that exists and, therefore, many existing customers are leaving for other vendors. That impacts both the company's financial stability and a new rep's ability to sell effectively, since most new sales have to be to new customers, not upgrades for existing customers. The rest of the company is made up of good people, trying hard. However, both Service and Sales Support are severely understaffed. BEWARE!
