      Pros

      Small group. Supportive, honest and open employers. Good instruction booklets explaining the workflow. Excellent tech assistance at hand. A small enough company that the communications between departments was always quite clear.

      Kontras

      A short large contract where the studio didn't have any more work for most of the temporary workers after the one big project ended.
