- Colleagues are very kind and helpful on day-to day tasks - Working remote is a huge PLUS - I was hourly and they never really forced me to work overtime or extended hours past the 40 hour work week - With unlimited PTO, requests are generously granted for emergencies and vacations - Full benefits is amazing.

- Workload can get very excessive - I was in my position for two and a half years and I barely saw any compensation increase and no promotion to even a Buyer level from Associate. Even after making multiple requests and showcasing my knowledge and versatility, I was kept in the same place which derails motivation and alignment with the company's success.
