Pros

Sadly money is the driver. Some team mates have been decent to work with but most have left or been let go.

The company as a whole is in a constant state of despair for a few years and unfortunately no light at the end of the tunnel in sight. Mainly as a result of the bad leadership and their behaviors, your supposed to get rid of the low performers and toxic people yet somehow a sizable bunch of the good people had been fired during a few rounds, the morale is completely shot, heads are down and people just get on with it, even the interns who join even notice how badly the company is being led after a couple weeks in. The complete opposite of what you would expect from this type or company age & size.

Pros

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.
