Team, Culture and Benefits. Ease of connecting with leaders and decision makers. The teams are friendly, supportive and collaborative. Probably one of the best places for work/life balance.
Kontras
It's a global company but it very much acts like a start up. In some ways this can create dynamic individuals. On the other hand this can be a hinderance when they implement new programs, internal systems and procedures as their approach is not with a 'global' mindset and each region is left to fill in much of the gaps.
While everyone is very good at knowledge sharing and taking time to train people individually, there doesn't seem to be a structured training program which can lead to frustration.
Very minimal growth or slow growth opportunities, overall. Many people who join the company will not likely see a promotion before 2 years or more.
Global HQ is also controlling when it comes to access. For example: this is the only place as an HR person that you will not gain access to the full HRIS system so you can verify re-hire statuses of past employees or be able to perform other simple verifications or reporting.
