Pros
Majority of the employees are really excited to do their jobs. Everyone has a big heart and is always willing to go above and beyond. Regardless, the work/life balance is good, most folks "leave" the office at 5pm no matter what. The mission of the org is super inspiring.
Kontras
They've been going through a lot of growing pains - three very high-level people who were there for a decade+ have left recently. New CEO doesn't seem to be very sure of himself. The main three programs kind of run on their own and he isn't very invested. Since the three main programs don't overlap, they haven't yet consolidated processes so if your role is outside of the three main programs, there aren't any guardrails for how to do almost anything within the org. The fiscal team is messy.
