Kontras
If you're looking for a legitimate company to grow in and make an actual living, I would not recommend this place. There are two different types of roles here: 1. Sales and 2. Helper (bed cleaners). Working the bed cleaner aspect is more ideal considering you have no pressure and get paid basically the same amount as the sales person minus the commission. You don't have the responsibility to learn a handbook WORD FOR WORD and sound like a robot when introducing or checking in clients. Speaking of commission, I've had many coworkers be screwed over in the fact that they NEVER received their commission (which is about 5%), practically nothing. Also, training can take a very long/exasperated time and you wont get a dime till they think you've "passed" your sales test. I know people who worked there for months and knew everything by heart, yet were considered "not passed". The funny part, is that though they don't think your qualified, they still leave you all alone to run the store which can get quite hectic. I see people working there butts off to SELL SELL SELL and in the long run for what? I think the company needs to realize they have do have good employees and should pay them more if they expect the best of the best. The term "bed cleaner" is a little degrading. Oh and god forbid you have an emergency, can't come to work/ get your shift covered...because they will view this as you don't take your job seriously enough and wont schedule you. Finally, sometimes you will be there for an entire day ALONE which means no break.
