The project can be done perfectly if there is good management but here the management is bad so the project cannot be handled perfectly and always got bugs since the project is rushed to finish. The employer also lacks ethics since the employer bad-mouthing the employee saying they are not competent since they did not bring money to the employer and the employer also always delay paying the intern and sometimes did not contribute to the KWSP.
