Health benefits are payed for 100% if you achieve the prescribed outline that they set within their benefits package. Company parties are always great with the owner giving away many expensive gifts (especially the Christmas party) Company does 'Employee of the Month' and gives a money prize for whoever is peer nominated and wins. Managers are easy-going and not to stressful, they understand the needs of work-life balance.
