Great leadership, lovely team and great work culture

The commute was hard it’s a bit secluded

The people who work at ground level are a great bunch of people to work with. Good knowledge sharing, willing to help each other and a real team spirit.

Very poor management; slow to give praise of work well done, quick to criticise when things go bad. SMT just communicate by & hide behind email. Treat most staff with distain. Different treatment of employees - some they will pay overtime to and others will flog them until they drop without additional pay or recognition. Drop projects on you at the last minute, with no backup or guidance. Sell solutions to customers that none of the technical staff have any experience with and then constantly apply pressure to staff to get the project delivered without supporting. Constantly changing goal post of the role to suit themselves and shift the responsibility.
