7yThank you for the feedback - I appreciate the comments. I still believe we still have a flat hierarchy culturally - the openness of communication, the connection for any employee to our the leaders and a humble style that should mean everyone is of equal importance. This is different to having a hierarchy organizationally which has become deeper as a natural evolution as we have grown as a company. If you are not seeing this or do not feel that, please could I ask you to connect with your local leadership or to me directly to help understand specific examples of where we can improve?
