I am unsure whether you have worked inside our Global Shared Service Centre or inside the actual India business - either way, I'm sorry to hear you do not have faith in our leadership. We are investing heavily into developing all of our people - including our leaders so if this is not landing correctly, then it would be great to hear some further detail.
