Hey - thank you for the feedback. I would love to say that our impulsive decisions are because we are being agile and speed is one of our core values - you know, fail fast and learn faster!? I know this is not always the case- we are a growing company and some if this is new for even our top leadership. However we believe if we stay true to our values, we invest in our employees - then if we do make impulsive decisions, they are always basedon a good foundation and if get the decision wrong, we learn not to make it again and how to be better!
