8yThank you for taking the time to provide feedback - I'm very sorry that compensation is an issue for you - this is obviously an emotive and personal subject to all. As you may know we spend a signifiant amount of time each year taking employee feedback and reviewing the plan - this is based on a number guiding principles which include "reward high performance" and "being fair & equitable". It would appear however that this is not the reality for you - it would be great if we could discuss this personally (and in confidence) to address why there appears to be a gap & improve for the future.
