It is a BPO/KPO - Politics, favoritism for a few individuals. - opportunities are meant only for leaders and directors - Zero growth in career as well as salary (Even if you get one, it'd be a sort of joke). Only the initial salary is good, then get used to it - Facilities and Administration department are good for nothing especially transport department
