Sales-led organisation. lack of innovation. lack of trust for employees. confusion over strategy and sales message. incredibly sexist and slightly cult-like culture. There is a pool table, xbox etc but these are just for show - employees aren't really expected to use these. The Global management team place a lot of trust in the UK management to carry out their vision, but instead they carry out more of a Derrick Trotter strategy: smash the phones and promise prospective customers the world and then hope that the organisation can deliver. This leads to a lot of disappointed customers.
