Every since the Crayon merger, things have gotten worse. More sales and less employee driven. Goals have nothing to do with personal or professional development, vacation is discretionary however there is a "cap". Management seems to really care about AI only, and be-littles employees by saying if you don't know AI, it will take over your job. They value over allocations and over worked employees. There is a slide that they praise this behaviour without any sort of compensation. Benefits are terrible. Depending if you're in Canada or USA, they have never really been able to figure out the difference in taxes or holidays.
