Great company with experienced engineers to learn from. The culture and whole social life at work is so good that I can't think of anything to improve here

As in any other software house, you may end up in a project which does not interest you, or is legacy. You can always say no to such an "opportunity" but we all know how it is - once the situation gets worse in the company, it is harder to have this assertiveness in you. Additionally, again, as in any other SH, the compensation will never be as high, as when working in-house

This company was remote before it was cool, and it really knows how to do it well. It has a unique culture of full transparency and trust that is hard to find elsewhere. The focus on quality and professionalism makes it a really satisfying place to work.

There's a lot of great company initiatives that you can join, and ways in which you could develop, so sometimes it can be overwhelming - you need to be selective to focus what matters to you
