Nice offices and good perks. HR team very helpful and professional.

Processes are painfully slow, the company is light-years away from where they believe they currently stand, and the management team lacks very basic (but essential) qualities: people management skills, ability to offer continued training, identifying issues and driving efficiencies within the sales team, ambition, corporate vision, proactive attitude and encouragement when needed. There are a number of people in the wrong management positions who lack experience and skills required. A big shame.
