My experience with SoftConstruct and related platforms like BetConstruct/CreedRoomz was disappointing.
Thw system and outcomes in the games were not fair or transparent to the players. I also noticed differences between what was promised in the contract and what was actually delivered after joining.
I moved from another country for a job offer, but the working conditions and contract terms did not match my expectations based on the recruitment process.
I recommend others carefully verify all agreements and conditions before accepting any offers.
