- Employees are often placed wherever the company can earn revenue, with little regard for fit or well-being - No real investment in employee welfare or company culture - Assignments are framed as if employees “owe” the company for them, creating pressure to overperform without adequate support - Client environments can be toxic or unrealistic, and Sofigate provides little to no backing when challenges arise - Overall atmosphere fosters stress and burnout rather than sustainable performance

I liked my peers and the salary wasn't bad (not good either though)

Toxic middle management, out of touch leadership, HR quite passive, a lot of talent left the company which made the workload quite high for those who remained
