Pros
There are some really good people with great spirit, heart, and talent. Facility is neatly organized and ran efficiently for the most part. Big ideas and LOTS of ambition. This company has huge potential.
Kontras
Unfortunately, people with good intent are often shut down by management. Creative and innovative ideas are easily swept under the rug if management does not have ownership of those ideas. Unreasonable expectations and extremely decompartmentalized. Made it nearly impossible to focus on long term goals that would ultimately benefit the company, had proper execution been allowed. Management is constantly reinventing the wheel unnecessarily. You cannot finish one thing before there are 10 other wild (not well thought out) ideas to jump into. I gave up in the end after about a year there.
