Not worth it - Sales bei Snowflake: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Was good before IPO but since then has gone downhill. A lot of bullying culture with management talking about how much money they make off their options and they look down on new employees as though they are servants. Had to leave as it got too much seeing colleagues in tears after getting hammered by a manager who just wanted to remind someone of how much power they had. Product is not great either. Very immature and is embarrassing to see the lack of functionality.
