Hardworking colleagues, learned a lot, get to work with cool technology! Good pay!

Mangers never worked a support engineering roles and are completely 'non-technical' and that led to some difficulties and often disagreements. I felt rushed and pushed for output. Expected KPI's continued 30% yoy - led to more competitive and less collaboration. AI expected usage was heavy.

The latest and greatest tech resources for engineers Lots of potential for growth

Pay is good, benefits are lacking. Like no 401k match, medical insurance is not included (they take out of your paycheck) Very cutthroat and high expectations from engineers
