And they are always looking at ways to improve. They take employee feedback very seriously and find ways to incorporate it into every decision they make (from the office layout to the programs/tools we use). In an industry plagued with grueling work hours, worker burnout, and toxic work environments, Snowed In is breath of fresh (and cold) air. Right now the company is growing, which comes with a few hiccups here and some growing pains there. Not a con, but it is something that does impose new obstacles for the company to overcome (which they are doing great at so far)!
