Decent Christmas bonus in cash Lots of knowledgeable and nice, helpful co-workers.

Lots of overtime with no compensation and no return on the hours if you have an appointment or something where you need a few hours off. They expect you to work extra hours weekly, but will dock you if you take anything past your small amount of allotted PTO. The owner is very disrespectful and publicly humiliates and degrades employees. If you stand up to him, even in a professional and respectful way, he will write you off and literally refuse to talk to you or reward any of your efforts. The pay is not competitive. At all. They require certifications, offer to pay, and then take back the exam fees from you if you leave or they ask you to leave, even though there is no signed agreement stating you owe the money back. No structure as to how the different levels of support work. Policies are stated and then never enforced. Lots of confusion. They expect employees to travel to client sites using their own vehicles and gas and refuse to reimburse for any mileage. One employee had days where he would drive 200+ miles and was never reimbursed, just to give you an idea. Repeatedly having to request work and find ways to fill in time sheets because there was often nothing to work on, but you were always accountable for your time. Training is pretty much non existent.

Thank you for your review. I must admit, I am a little late to the process of responding to these. I cannot say how true or not true this reviewer's point of view was at the time as it was several years ago and before I was involved in the company. This company is the result of a merger of a company based in Phoenix and San Francisco with a company in Cumming GA. This review is on the Cumming GA location before the merger when different leadership was in place. The only thing I can say to respond to this review is that the management staff referred to in this review no longer work at this organization. Also, as the current CEO, I can tell you that it doesn't sound like who we are today and have been for over the last three years. So, I recommend a reviewer put greater weight in their review of our company on the newer reviews that reflect the current leadership and current business.

MSPs are stressful in general, but this is a great one.

They paid me when they said they would

Micromanagement is RAMPANT. Turnover is astronomically high. Both owners have their heads in the clouds while wearing their rose colored glasses. Unless you are homeless or about to be, I wouldn't waste your time applying or working here.
