Innovative design, everybody is copying them, above market compensation used as a retention tool

The culture is toxic. There's almost no leadership diversity (my mgmt chain was 5 layers of white males), HR was hostile, and too many impactful decisions were made opaquely with unknown justification which eroded trust in the company.
