Poor Management - Material Handler bei Smooth-On: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management treats you like children. They are very sneaky and complain constantly. Often watched them spying on people at break and lunch to make sure breaks were not too long. Had weekly meetings where they would complain about people coming back from lunch and break 5 minutes late, and standing in line at the punch clock. The constant complaining from lazy managers takes a toll on you. The owner is there every day and is very annoying, He is always in your business and keeping a watchful eye on everyone. I really would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you enjoy daily headaches and stomach ulcers.
