Cons really start at executive level and trickle down. - Executives expect everyone give 100% but proper compensation is not in question. If you want your employees to care, please take care of them! You may find a few loyal employees but eventually even those employees will get tired of being overworked and undervalued. Your employees are what drive the company forward and they are the face of the company. - Focus of the company shifts from week to week based on client needs and usually decision comes from executive level. This makes it hard to focus for all teams! Prioritize properly so employees don't always feel the pressure of poor decision making. - Over selling what we don't have so we have to work to accommodate what was sold at selling stage and this usually comes with tight deadlines
