Other employees of the firm are lovely.

My fee earner treated me terribly. I was only trained with the IT team then left completely by myself for my actual role. I was yelled at for not knowing my role despite my fee earner not teaching me an ything. Went to HR and the ow ner of t he firm where I was turned away despite being in desperate need of help. My fee earner seriously impacted my mental health.

Great people, supportive staff. Pay is around average, but for me personally my work life balance is perfect
