Dont be fooled by the razzle dazzle. Really its quite a con. Its not like they came up with original ideas, they just copy what other companies are doing to scam on old and vulnerable people. The owners dont really know what they are doing, just that they want to look cool doing it. There really is no room for growth here, you are kind of stuck in your position. The actual benefits are mediocre since they dont pay for all medical, no matching 401k and very little paid holidays. And while they say unlimited paid vacation, they dont really approve that much time off anyways. And bonus they dont have to pay out for any accrued time off when one does leave. Also all their positive reviews are fake, Basically employees were bullied into giving amazing 5 star reviews.
