Thank you for your feedback. It's important to acknowledge that the comment about laying off the employees is inaccurate, there has never been a layoff at Smartbridge. In fact, we have many senior employees that have been with us since the company was founded. I'm not really sure what you mean by 'spy'. We have an active HR department that seeks to get feedback and concerns from all employees on a regular basis. As one other reviewer stated, if a problem is brought to our attention, meaning that you speak with HR, management or your direct manager, we will use that opportunity to address it, as we do not wish to lose anyone that wants to succeed here.
