Pros

Company is based on installing Aircon in residential places depending on the customer wages and their income status. It is a good company if we talk about commissions for an employee work load is not that hard and people are friendly

Kontras

Leads were quite stressful. The way company markets itself is a bit of a drama and a lot of customers gets confused when it comes to installing Aircon. Getting trust of the customer was the most difficult task in this job.

I don't think there are any pro's working in this unprofessional and poor product company.

I am very satisfied that, I left this company and joined a better one. The main issue with the company is the absence of HR management. All critical decisions are made solely by the company's owner and CEO, who are largely unaware of what is happening within the sales department and quotation team. The manager, who oversees these departments, conceals many issues from upper management, resulting in significant damage to the company’s reputation. * The company offers extremely low pay and poor commission rates. Most of the profits are retained by the management. * There is excessive micro-management. The air conditioning products are subpar, and the company focuses solely on cheap installations to maximize government rebates—completely disregarding customer satisfaction. * It's unclear how the current manager attained her position; she shows no concern for customer complaints and avoids taking customer calls. * Office management is disorganized, and the work environment is highly stressful, with constant pressure on sales representatives to meet unrealistic targets. * The inspection staff is unreliable—they often arrive late or don’t show up at all for scheduled appointments, and the no one doesn’t take any responsibility for the mis-happenings. Overall, I would strongly advise against working at this company if you value work ethics, professionalism, and delivering genuine customer satisfaction. You simply won’t be allowed to do so here.
