In QA to test you have to deploy each environment by yourself,product is built on too old tech JSP,no feedback or changes are incorporated,no proper documentation of previous work is maintained,no canteen,you are constantly given unrealistic deadlines,the work you are given is not of significance and if you decide to change won't get any skill or time to learn new skill,release may happen anytime and you are informed 1-2 days earlier before release so you have to work till night 12 to complete it,you yourself have to give estimates when you can deliver and then tha manager will make you feel guilty about yourself why so much time is required so you will reduce it,work on holidays also and yet won't be able to deliever as there will be so many bugs which you had already found out but never get fixed and have to find workaround to them,just so you can show a green report,no proper training is given for understanding the financial side or product as a fresher.
