I have started with my career in SmartDV and worked with best people in this field. Working environment is good. Everyone helping each other and working as team.All the engineers are treated as same level. There is no politics. This is startup company, so everyone works hard to make this company as number 1 position. Senior engineers are giving suggestion periodically to juniors to improve knowledge. We have working time flexibility
